Academy Works, a selection
I studied Graphic Design and Audiovisual Design at the Willem de Kooning Academie in Rotterdam, NL, from 2000 until 2005. I researched a lot of topics, principally the responsibility of a designer towards society, in particular how to adress environmental issues. Questioning systems, structures, breaking them down, creating new ones; what will happen? How can we change perspectives, how can we touch, how can we communicate? What is the value I can add to this densed landscape of visual image culture? I was not the student who took conventions or anything else for granted. I researched, contentwise and esthetically. Here is a small selection to illustrate this.
